About packages
In IZI, you can choose only the services you need, rather than tariffs, where you can't change anything.
- Gigabytes, minutes, and SMS packages don't expire and don't burn out
- All packages of gigabytes, minutes, and SMS are stuck up with each other
- You don't have to buy packages of minutes or SMS
- SMS package can be connected once a week
- You can disconnect the package without losing the remaining gigabytes, minutes, and SMS
- When the gigabytes, minutes, and SMS runs out, basic pricing will apply. The internet will not be available
- To get the package again, you need to top up the balance by the required amount and reconnect the package
- The remaining gigabytes will be zeroed out if the Subscriber has not used the number for over six months: didn't turn on Internet, didn't call, didn't send SMS, and the balance wasn't topped up or spent
- The Internet works via the APN izi.me
- Outside Kazakhstan, all services work at roaming rates
