Only one IMEI is registered

If your phone has two SIM slots and only one IMEI is registered, you need to register the second IMEI or eSIM.

To register the second IMEI code, follow these steps:

1. Go to imei.kg

2. Select Registration fees → For Second IMEI Registration

3. Fill out the application, providing your personal and device information

Phone Bought in Kyrgyzstan,
but Not Registered

If you bought a device after September 2, 2024 in Kyrgyzstan and it’s not registered, you won’t be able to register it — the seller hasn’t paid the required taxes.

What to do if you purchased an unregistered device:

1. Check the device status on imei.kg

2.Contact the seller — stores are required to register devices

3. Return the phone if registration isn’t possible

Phone brought from abroad

You have 30 days from the date of import to register the phone:

1. Go to imei.kg

2. Find the section For Kyrgyz Citizens and Non-Citizens and press Start Registration button, after that select one of the following:
– For Kyrgyz Citizens
– For Non-Citizens

3.Fill out the application and click Submit.
Follow the instructions and pay the fee if needed.
