Autopay service offers to recharge your balance for the amount that is lacking to reconnect packages and unlims from the linked payment method. 

In case of lack of balance on the day you reconnect packages and unlims, you'll get a request for an autopay in the izi app, for the amount that is lacking to be written off.

1. On the main application screen, tap «Top-up»; 
2. On the top-up screen, tap the «Set up Autopay» button; 
3. Choose or set payment method from which the money will be charged; 
4. Click «Activate Autopay».

To deactivate Autopay service: 

1. On the main application screen, tap «Top-up»; 
2. On the top-up screen, tap the «Set up Autopay» button;
3. Choose a card with an Autopay icon; 
4. Press the «Deactivate Autopay» button. 

To change your Autopay card: 

1. On the main application screen, tap «Top-up»; 
2. On the top-up screen, tap «Set up Autopay»;
3. Choose a payment method from which the money will be charged; 
4. Click the «Change card» button.

The request will appear on the day when the next service is reconnected. izi will calculate the total amount of money that is lacking on the balance to recharge two or more services not reconnected earlier. 

Check your Internet connection and the validity of your card. If the card is valid, you will receive another autopay request shortly. 

In case of lack of balance on the day you reconnect packages and unlims, you'll get a notification on your phone. An autopay request will appear on the izi's main screen.

No, the Autopay service will be automatically deactivated.
